IDLENESS, SHADOWNESS &EMPYTINESS

tasks on hand:

#1. report of one year in HKU...for the sake of the 1500 exchange scholarship...what a pathetic life~

#2. start working on BEC, TSE....i know it would be a snap! well...hopefully~~

#3. transcipt, referrence letters, and P.S!!

life so far has been nearly all about trying out different "new" (to me) restaurants in the city...which is so contradictory to my grand plan of lossing weight this semester...anyway, hanging out with old friends back in school and talking about EVERYTHING was really fun though

got to know that Hangzhou has Toni&guy now!!pretty amazing...well..depite of its rip-off price,I am gonna hv a try!

somehow i decided to go on with my xanga...well..maybe mostly because of joanne's call from US on the first day after i came back from japan..which is very sweet...

joanne: thanks to xanga that made us get to know each other so well...and everything else

for that reason, more or less, i really should go on with my xanga...for many of my friends that are not around....in some places far far away

i was trying to reach waiyee the first day i was back...but sth seems to be wrong with her number...looking at the date of today, i afraid she must be in london right now ...it is such a pity that i didnt manage to catch up with her before she left...i will be missing you. seriously...waiyee

and another pity thing is that i couldnt manage to see my sister before she left for US...it would be another year before we meet each other again...thanks to internet, it might be easy for us to keep in touch...but still...

i hv tons of memoriable things to write down after this whole month...but i am kind of stuck..coz i dont know where to start....the trip back home was really tough..and i got a bad cold due to tokyo's typhoon on that clubbing night

anyway, it is time for me to enjoy to last few days of home sweet home

FOR GOD'S SAKE, I should probably pick up my xanga again~~i admit that i am a lazy person...and the super-boring days before the AIPE program begins just totally justified my laziness in updating my xanga...coz i wasnt even having a life! spent everyday sleeping, eating, surfing on net and nothing else!

due to some complicated reason, I am not taking any torturing tests this summer(GMAT, TSE, and whatever)...and also I dont hv time for internship, which is supposed to be part of my summer as a rising senior.

anyway, here i am, back in HK for the AIPE program (and FYI, AIPE stand for Asian Institute for Political Economy)

life is a lot of  fun here...got to know a bunch of new friends~~to be exact, smart new friends, all the top Us in mainland china, and Harvad, MIT, Northwestern, and HKU etc...except the fact that i lack of sleep badly..and was alway dozing off during lectures...

everybody here is busy HAVING FUN in hk....go clubbing (which i dont hv much passion for), going karaoke, shopping, and stuff~~but it is pity that there are not many cute guys in out program...a conclusion drawn by me and janet~~we are like observing any couples looming in our class, which is very fun....as we heard that there were 4 couples in the end of last year's program~

anyway, i am staying out of this...but i am really upset about not getting any contact from the CMU guy in the hiking last weekend....who joined our hiking with elain and other staff from China Affairs...somebody must know what i am talking about

priorities ahead:

#1 sort out the 5 schools for Dr. Pleung in one day!!(i am supposed to do this right after i came here!)

#2 go to bed early tonight! ( but janet just came and said we might be going karaoke tonight.....i DO want to go...but....ai....)
